About Our Embedded Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the technical requirements of our clients.

  • You will engage with prospective customers during pre-sales to gather their technical needs and provide insights into our solutions.
  • Design and develop technical solutions tailored to client requirements within the embedded Linux ecosystem.
  • Participate in the delivery of select embedded Linux projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate market needs and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to influence product strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to refine or develop new solutions that address emerging market opportunities.
Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong experience with Linux, particularly Debian or Ubuntu.
  • Practical knowledge of embedded Linux platforms such as Yocto or Buildroot, or experience with RTOS.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Golang, Python, C, C++, or Rust.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet commitments.
  • A curious, fast learner who is humble, resourceful, and proactive.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for in-person engagements.
Additional Skills

The following skills would be beneficial:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles or pre-sales engagements.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms or software-defined infrastructure.
  • Open-source contribution experience or community involvement.
