Job Opportunity: Freelance SAS Modeler Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, validate, and maintain statistical and predictive models using SAS and Python programming languages.
  • Lead the migration strategy from SAS to Python, including code translation and best practices definition.
  • Provide guidance to team members on Python adoption, coding practices, and analytics workflows.

Requirements:

  • Advanced skills in SAS, including Base SAS, SAS/STAT, Enterprise Miner, Visual Analytics, PROC SQL, and macros.
  • Expertise in Python, including pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, and PySpark.
  • Strong statistical knowledge, including regression, forecasting, clustering, classification, A/B testing, and causal inference.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale migrations and delivering high-impact results.
