API Optimisation Specialist

We specialise in delivering seamless, scalable API integrations that empower our clients with real-time travel solutions. Our team is looking for a smart, proactive, and technically fluent individual to fill this strategic role.

About the Role
  • Lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications using tools like ClickUp and Jira.
  • Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.

This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, preferably within the travel technology sector. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.

  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML protocols.
