At a rapidly changing business world, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of our clients' business solutions within a defined software development lifecycle. As part of our team, you will support and assist other developers/team members in testing and debugging software programs and enhancements to meet project plan goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS (SME) Financials with strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA modules.
  • Possessing hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12, with strong knowledge of Oracle Financials.
  • Configuring Oracle EBS Modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
  • Participating in Oracle EBS to Cloud migration or upgrade initiatives.
  • Driving issue resolution and root cause analysis across P2P and O2C business cycles.

You will work autonomously to recreate problems and identify necessary fixes using various software tools and resources. Additionally, you will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, providing Tier-3 functional support when required. Flexibility is key in supporting production, upgrades, changes, and user support via on-call rotation.

Apart from these responsibilities, you will effectively resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur, consistently following through on details while driving innovation and issue resolution. You will also ensure data integrity and reconciliation between upstream and downstream systems by utilizing past experience to implement innovative approaches to improve business processes and system performance.
