  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of artificial intelligence tools, particularly OpenAI, and be proficient in configuring and managing AI tool environments securely and effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in configuring and managing data privacy controls to prevent the training of AI models on sensitive data.
  • Expert-level knowledge of audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage.
  • Ability to implement robust guardrails and moderation tools to enhance the security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Proven track record of analyzing model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership.
  • Experience in optimizing prompt engineering and evaluating cost/performance trade-offs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills related to API calls, latency, and integration failures.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills for creating internal admin guides and knowledge bases.
