Job Overview

As a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and development, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and executing strategies to attract top talent from various industries.

  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment plans to source and place candidates in leading companies across IT and non-IT sectors.
  • Screen and share relevant profiles with clients, collecting feedback and ensuring seamless communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance candidate skills, including interview preparation, resume building, and soft skills development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide personalized placement solutions and maintain accurate MIS reports to track progress.
  • Organize strategic events such as on-campus drives, job fairs, alumni meets, recruiter meets, and industry expos to promote the company's services and build brand awareness.
  • Analyze feedback, reviews, and referrals from students to refine services and maintain a positive reputation within the industry.
