About the Job

This Simulation Engineer position is responsible for pre, post, and solver sales technical activity in the simulation domain.

The purpose of this engineering position is to provide a technical interface between customers and our product suite, as well as activities including technical demonstration, training, and product support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site demonstrations, presentations, and training for HyperWorks tool in support of sales and marketing efforts.
  • Perform pre- and post-sales support of customers including evaluations, software benchmarking, and high-level technical support.
  • Provide training and support (on-site, via telephone, and email) to increase the productivity of our customers and enhance their ability to apply our tools to their design challenges.
  • Work closely with Sales team to qualify opportunities and propose solutions together with the customer. Provide the technical knowledge to define the best solution meeting customers' requirements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of working experience in any CAE/FEA simulations tools.
  • Relevant experience in HyperMesh, Optistruct, Optimization, Radioss.
  • Must have working experience in Automotive OEM /Tier I Supplier / Engineering services catering to Automotive.
  • An energetic and independent team player with strong interpersonal, planning, and communication skills.
  • Excellent oral and written English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving competencies.
  • Relationship building capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Model build experience using HyperWorks for Automotive.
  • Sound knowledge of preprocessing using HyperMesh.

Earnings Potential

Estimated salary range for this role is $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
