Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Chief Engineer to lead our engineering functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving energy conservation initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and standardizing engineering policies across all properties, leading capital expenditure projects, setting benchmarks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. They will also oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, ensure optimal functioning of MEP systems, and coordinate with resort teams to resolve issues swiftly.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering and advanced certifications in facility or energy management. The candidate must have at least 15 years of experience in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership.

Qualifications:
