Procurement Specialist Job Summary

As a Procurement Specialist at EXL, you will be responsible for managing a team and coaching them continuously to achieve business goals. The ideal candidate should possess a deep knowledge of the following activities: SOW process management, initiation to closure of a SOW, maintaining the SOW by modifying and creating milestones. This includes operations and support administration such as tasks related to Fieldglass reporting, creating and managing SOWs, Rate Card, Requisitions, and system integration/worker id related troubleshooting.

You will also be responsible for onboarding and offboarding of suppliers in Fieldglass, conducting compliance audits for suppliers, invoicing process, resolving vendor queries related to payments via Fieldglass, job posting management, onboarding and offboarding of contractors, work order creation and expiry management, and contingent labor operations. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Fieldglass and Ariba applications, ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables, and good understanding of open items identification and resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team and coach them continuously to achieve business goals
- Develop and implement strategies to improve procurement processes
- Conduct onboarding and offboarding of suppliers and contractors
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requirements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 4+ years of experience in procurement or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Fieldglass and Ariba applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables
- Good understanding of open items identification and resolution
