We are seeking a seasoned Automation Testing Lead to join our Mobile team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of all aspects of testing.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in software testing, manual and automated
  • Strong experience in different testing practices (from unit to load to endurance to cross-platform) specifically integrated within CI/CD.
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools (e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity, Kibana, Grafana, etc.).
  • Knowledge with Bitbucket, K8s, Docker
  • Knowledge of UI testing, REST protocol and microservice architecture
  • Mobile QA Engineering requirementsEspresso, XCUITest
  • Testrail
  • Bitrise, Jenkins
  • Charles Proxy
  • Postman and API testing (e.g., Rest Assured)
  • BrowserStack
  • Strong experience in Java/Kotlin, Swift, as well as its usage under a CI/CD pipeline.
Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership and responsibility for the design and development of all aspects of testing.
  • Working on acceptance criteria and test scenarios with the Product Owner and development team.
  • Designing, executing, and maintaining test scenarios and automation capabilities for all test levels and types (e.g., automated, regression, exploratory, etc.).
  • Creating and optimising test frameworks and integrating them into deployment pipelines.
  • Participating in code reviews for both production and test code to ensure all critical cases are covered.
  • Monitoring test runs, application errors, and performance.
  • Making information flow and keeping the team informed about releases and defect tracking.
  • Sharing best testing and quality practices and processes across the project.
  • Promoting and coaching the team towards a quality-focused mindset.
  • Influencing and leading the team towards continuous improvement and best testing practices.
