AWS Security Professional
This position involves securing AWS environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining thorough documentation on the security status of infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyzing AWS control environment to demonstrate control posture to stakeholders.
- Implementing, maintaining, and monitoring security controls within AWS environments, including access controls, encryption, and other security configurations.
- Investigating and analyzing security incidents, identifying root causes, and developing strategies to mitigate risks and prevent future breaches.
Requirements:
- A strong understanding of AWS services, architecture, and security features.
- Knowledge of security principles, best practices, and relevant security standards (e.g., NIST, ISO).
- Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and troubleshoot security issues.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or AWS Security certifications are a plus.
