Job Overview

As a Technical Project Manager at Walker Digital Table Systems, LLC, you will manage and provide reporting on various projects within our organization.

You will have significant exposure to and engagement with the broader global business, driving regular and effective communications with the Project Team, stakeholders, and the broader business about project activities, issues, and risks.

The ideal candidate will possess resourceful problem-solving skills, tertiary education in a business or technical discipline, outstanding communication and presentation skills, and 4+ years of Project Management/Administration experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a project administration function
  • Develop and improve project governance, management processes, tools, and templates
  • Routinely communicate with the Project Team, stakeholders, and the broader business about project activities, issues, and risks
  • Maintain project activities, milestones, tasks, and change management system
  • Support project administration, including procurement, coordinating resources, budget maintenance, and travel

Requirements

  • Resourceful – demonstrated problem-solving capability
  • Tertiary education in a business or technical discipline
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • 4+ years of Project Management/Administration experience
  • Process improvement skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
