Key Responsibilities:- Cluster Management: Install, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters.
- Prioritize and perform regular upgrades and patching of OCP environments.
- Guarantee the high availability and disaster recovery of OCP clusters.
- Manage end-to-end project implementation, including installation, re-installation, configuration, re-configuration, integration, monitoring, patch management, VA/PT closure, and troubleshooting.
- L3 Support: Provide technical support for incidents and problems related to OpenShift.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaboration: Work with other teams to resolve platform-related issues.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of OCP clusters.
- Security Compliance: Implement security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Automation Scripting: Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks and deployments.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Ensure infrastructure as code practices are followed.
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations.
- 3+ years of experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and committed to delivering high-quality results.
