Network Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the configuration, maintenance, and support of network devices.

The successful candidate will have experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices such as core switches, routers, VPN gateways, and firewalls in on-prem and cloud deployments.

A strong understanding of ITIL processes, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with security devices, industry certifications, and familiarity with cloud environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of network device configuration, maintenance, and support.
  • Deployment, configuration, and management of SDWAN across territories.
  • Collaboration with IT infrastructure teams for upgrades, patches, and new installations.
  • Troubleshooting critical incidents and resolving issues within SLAs.
  • Requirements:
  • At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting network devices.
  • Proficiency in managing network hardware, including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and load balancers.
  • 5+ Years of hand-on experience deploying, configuring, and managing security devices.
  • Industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure, OCI, or IBM.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
