Job Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on large-scale, integrated design projects across sectors while collaborating with global design teams and specialist consultants.

As an Architect II, you will participate as a team member in the development of aesthetic and technical designs and preparation of architectural drawings and construction documents.

You will assist with construction administration services and coordination at project sites and collaborate closely with the Principal in Charge, Project Architect, and Project Manager.

Key responsibilities include leading and supporting BIM modeling, drawing documentation, and compliance reviews, coordinating with consulting engineers, specialist consultants, and suppliers, attending client meetings, and maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • BArch / MArch (Master's preferred)
  • 5–10 years of experience in an architectural practice (international firm experience a plus)
  • Proficiency in Revit (BIM) is mandatory
  • Strong skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite / Affinity Creative Suite
  • Experience attending construction progress meetings and resolving on-site queries
  • Prior exposure to educational, healthcare, and mixed-use projects is highly valued
  • LEED, EDAC, or WELL accreditation is a plus
  • Excellent graphic, organizational, technical, and written communication skills
