Senior Physical Design Team Lead

As a seasoned Physical Design Engineer, you will lead and manage a team of engineers to drive project success. Your expertise will be essential in fostering a collaborative environment where your team can excel.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to motivate their team to achieve deadlines. They should also have experience with physical design tools and methodologies, including place and route tools, static timing analysis tools, and floor planning.

Physical Design Expertise
A successful candidate will have strong technical skills in physical design, including:
- Defining and implementing overall physical design strategies for assigned projects.
- Performing floor planning, placement, clock tree synthesis (CTS), and routing for complex digital circuits.
- Ensuring adherence to design rules and manufacturability guidelines.
- Collaborating with design, verification, and layout teams to ensure seamless integration throughout the design flow.
