About the Role:
  • Apply creative expertise to achieve exceptional finishes in state-of-the-art hospital facilities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects to deliver results.
  • Manage interior construction projects from start to finish.
  • Schedule and monitor project progress.
  • Align with the construction team and leaders to ensure success.
  • Value and manage projects effectively, ensuring quality control.
  • Familiarize yourself with sourcing high-end materials locally or through imports.
  • Understand MEP coordination and collaborate with other project participants.
  • A strong background in BIM is highly beneficial.
  • Effectively handle fast-track projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works enhances your capabilities.
  • Monitor projects using MS Project, Primavera, or identify key milestones to boost productivity.
  • Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to minimize them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience in hospitals and hotels is a significant advantage.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a management role.
