Project Mechanical Engineer

A highly skilled Project Mechanical Engineer is sought after by a leading manufacturer and supplier of plants and machinery on a turnkey basis to join their team of experts in the edible oil industry.

The successful candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering with a proven track record in handling multiple project requirements, preparing engineering drawings, and working closely with multiple team members as per project timelines and prioritization.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Engineering Drawings and drawing software, as well as proficiency in preparing commercial bid analysis, negotiations, and purchase closure, and excellent multi-department coordination and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle multiple project requirements
  • Prepare engineering drawings such as GADs, layouts, site plans, fabrication drawings, P&IDs, PFDs, etc.
  • Plan and work with multiple team members as per project timelines and prioritization
  • Prepare equipment specifications and technical comparatives
  • Multi-department coordination and follow-up
  • Preparation of commercial bid analysis, negotiations, and purchase closure
