Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused support professional to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
  • Evaluate and escalate product/service-related issues as necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets for call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction scores.

Requirements:

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support (voice process). Freshers welcome.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
