About the Role:
We're looking for a professional with a strong background in testing medical software and test automation using Python. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing requirements, writing comprehensive test cases and test scenarios, transforming requirements into detailed test protocols and automated test scripts, conducting exploratory testing, debugging test failures, and collaborating with development, requirements, and firmware teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and write comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
- Transform requirements into detailed test protocols and automated test scripts for end-to-end evaluation.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential issues and ensure software quality.
- Debug test failures and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Set up and maintain test stations and debug infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with development, requirements, and firmware teams to ensure seamless integration and testing processes.
- Provide regular status reports on testing activities and progress.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in testing medical software and test automation using Python, strong ability to analyze requirements and write detailed test cases and test scenarios, experience in transforming requirements into test protocols and automated test scripts, proficiency in setting up and maintaining test stations, excellent collaboration skills, strong communication skills, and proficiency in using version control, defect tracking, and peer review tools including Accurev, JIRA, and Windchill.
