Job Title: Social Media Manager

The ideal candidate will be a creative and innovative digital storyteller with a passion for developing engaging content across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to reach target audiences and drive admissions growth.
  • Design, run, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other platforms to generate quality leads.
  • Collaborate with the creative designer to deliver high-converting ad creatives, reels, and graphics that meet our brand guidelines.
  • Write compelling ad copies, campaign content, and captions that resonate with students and parents.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
  • Manage remarketing campaigns to re-engage prospective students and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Admissions & Outreach team to ensure lead quality and conversion optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, paid ads, and performance marketing.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management and paid marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO basics, campaign funnels, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced education sector environment.
