Job Description

As a narrative storyteller, you will transform briefs, storyboards, and ideas into compelling screen-ready narratives. This role requires collaboration with content strategists and producers to craft emotionally resonant stories that resonate with diverse audiences.

  • Write engaging scripts for various content types, including reels, testimonials, brand videos, motion explainers, interviews, and campus documentaries.
  • Develop creative templates and story structures for recurring formats, ensuring consistency and efficiency in storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Polish and rewrite internal script drafts, aligning them with storytelling best practices.
  • Guide voice recordings, scene transitions, and editing cues through your script structure.
  • Participate in directional planning, blocking, and shoot scripting as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years of experience in scriptwriting, copywriting, or screenwriting, preferably in creative agencies or branded content studios.
  • Strong grasp of narrative structure, emotional flow, layering, and dialogue authenticity.
  • Visual thinking skills, with an understanding of how words move on screen.
  • Able to write for different platforms (YouTube, Reels, Docs, Social Ads) and audiences (students, parents, professionals).
