Advanced ASIC Design Specialist

Delivering High-Quality ASIC Tools and Flows is a Key Responsibility for this Position.
- This involves working closely with the CAD implementation team to develop, test, and deploy cutting-edge tools and flows that meet stringent quality-of-results (QoR) metrics including manufacturability, reliability, timing, area, and performance.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and refining methodologies to drive quality improvements in our ASIC design processes.
- This role requires strategic thinking and initiative-taking to ensure our CAD flows stay ahead of emerging technology trends and future design requirements.
Pursuing Excellence in ASIC Design and Development Requires Certain Skills and Qualifications.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in silicon design or CAD/EDA development is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in EDA tools from Synopsys and Cadence, with Synopsys 3DIC Compiler experience being a significant advantage.
- Programming skills in Python and proficiency in Linux are essential.
- Familiarity with automating workflows in distributed computing environments is also required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Academic Background.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
