We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Business Manager. In this critical role, you will oversee the end-to-end issuance/fulfillment of new business, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results. Your key responsibilities will include managing relationships with distribution heads, driving operational efficiencies, and delivering actionable insights through data and reporting.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in relationship management and Banca operations management, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. They should have a graduate/postgraduate degree in Management, excellent communication and analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach.As a Senior Business Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing new business issuance, ensuring daily traction on WIP to meet monthly targets
  • Driving WIP clearance through hub teams, clearing field WIP on a daily basis for issuance
  • Regular governance calls with HUB teams
  • End-to-end WIP management
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and driving process and operational excellence initiatives
Additionally, you will:
  • Deliver reports and analysis on various business parameters, deriving plans of action for improvement
  • Enable and support distribution with data sets, reports, and dashboards
  • Work closely with internal departments on report automation agendas
  • Create presentations for senior management as needed
You will also ensure compliance with regulatory norms, maintain SOPs and four-sheeters, document changes in processes, and control service requests according to SLAs.Key performance indicators will include:
  • Monthly governance engagements with Distribution leaders/head
  • Publishing monthly issuance dashboard/scorecard
  • Driving operational efficiencies with Distribution teams
  • 92% M0 Issuance
  • 94% M2 Issuance
  • FTR of 85%
  • Customer satisfaction through resolution of escalations and requests with TAT
  • # of projects completed - Complete 1 Green/Black belt project for the year
  • Talent retention, >10% attrition for G2M2abv
  • Accurate reconciliation of business data/reports
  • User-friendly customization of analytical reports
