  • Drive technical direction and define solutions for complex projects.

  • Ensure UI performance optimization and accessibility best practices are implemented.

Required Qualifications:

\
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • 4+ years of experience with Node.js or Express.js.
  • 4+ years of backend development experience in Java or Spring Boot.
  • Experience with TypeScript is a plus.
  • Background in large-scale eCommerce systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of UI performance and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience working with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor team members.
