Senior Construction Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced site supervisor to join our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on-site.

• Supervise on-site operations and manage daily activities
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines and quality standards
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and clients

The successful candidate will have proven experience in interior fit-outs and possess relevant qualifications such as a Diploma or BE B Tech in civil engineering. A minimum of 3 years of experience is required for this role.

This position requires excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks effectively, manage time efficiently, and maintain high levels of productivity.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
