Software Licensing Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Software Licensing Specialist to support our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality services, including robust analysis, data preparation, and client requests.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing SAM tooling, including data preparation and configuration, for clients.
  • Delivering licensing analyses and reconciliations independently.
  • Ensuring quality assurance of other team members' work.
  • Coordinating multiple tasks efficiently, tracking progress against deadlines, and addressing issues.
  • Providing regular reporting and strategic reviews or planning workshops to improve efficiency in client operations.
  • Offering second-line subject matter assistance to clients via the service desk.
  • Contributing to the LCS knowledge base and process libraries.
  • Engaging with local account teams to understand client requirements and drive delivery of solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong understanding of IT and Licensing knowledge, with certification in at least three software publishers.
  • The ability to interpret multiple data sets, summarize key points, and critically assess trends to produce coherent recommendations.
  • Experience executing product functionality demonstrations for SAM tools.
  • Developing business acumen with an awareness of potential client needs and perceptions of service quality.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with peers and internal/external stakeholders.
