Expert TrueSight System Administrator

We are seeking an experienced TrueSight Operations Management Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the TrueSight environment, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- The successful candidate will have strong technical skills in installing, upgrading, integrating, administering, configuring especially with version 10.x & later
- Installation of Patrol Agents on Windows, RHEL, AIX, Solaris OS is a must
- Working knowledge of knowledge modules like DB, Websphere, Exchange, Sentry hardware, Sentry monitoring studio etc. along with basic KMs like OS, LOG, URL
- Troubleshooting skills to resolve Patrol Agent, TrueSight server component issues
- Knowledge in Event Management policy Administration, configuration
- Working knowledge of MRLs, custom classes
- Knowledge of Datacenter IT Infrastructure components, Unix, Windows OS, Virtualization
In addition to technical skills, excellent communication and problem analysis skills are required to effectively communicate with business stakeholders on major incidents.
Required Skills and Qualifications- At least 10 years of experience in Truesight BMC TrueSight Expert role
- Mandatory Skills: Truesight with Helix
