Lead UX/UI Design Team

A key role for a seasoned design professional to drive strategic design thinking and lead our UX/UI design team.

About the Role:

  • Leverage design expertise to craft user-centric experiences across digital platforms.
  • Develop and maintain information architecture, UX/UI documentation, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform and validate design decisions.
  • Presents design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback.
  • Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design-led innovation: Drive strategic differentiators through design thinking and emerging tech.
  • User-centric research: Lead deep user research and behavioural insights.
  • Behavioural & personalised UX: Build scalable UX systems that adapt in real time.
  • AI-enabled design workflows: Integrate modern design tools and AI-driven platforms.
  • Motion UX design: Define expressive, motion-enhanced design systems.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design.
  • Strong digital portfolio with well-documented UX case studies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping platforms.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Architecture, or equivalent experience.
