We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer II to join our team within Amazon Traffic Engineering.
About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of AI and security technology, dealing with sophisticated automation challenges in the industry. You'll gain hands-on experience with emerging AI technologies and automation frameworks while protecting one of the world's largest e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:- Simulate new and existing AI Agents, replicating industry-standard automated interactions with digital properties
- Identify gaps in ingress security and bot protection measures through systematic testing and analysis
- Audit and test how agents utilize UX automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and others
- Develop and maintain testing frameworks capable of detecting and analyzing automated interactions
- Collaborate with security and development teams to implement and validate bot protection measures
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI and bot technologies to anticipate future challenges
- 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in manual testing
- Experience in automation testing
- Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with automated test frameworks like Selenium or Appium
- Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
