We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead our Wet Seal Systems team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our organization and make a significant impact on our business.

  • Lead multiple teams of Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders in the EMEAA Region for Wet Seal Systems Pre-order Engineering.
  • Accountable for overall Engineering KPIs and focus on OTD and Quality metrics.
  • Train, develop, and empower engineering teams to drive growth, communication, and evaluation of performance.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align Engineering Service Level expectations and implement standardization and automation projects.
  • Use job management tools like i-Project or equivalent to track performance and measure success.

This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills, who can prioritize and communicate clearly across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mechanical seal systems and be able to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation).
  • At least 15 years of experience in technology development, engineering, or similar functions.
  • 10+ years of Supervisor/Team Leader experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Domain knowledge in process equipment and seal systems (Polymer, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Aerospace, Refinery, and Turbomachinery areas).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a global environment.
