Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our interior design initiatives. As an Interior Design Manager, you will oversee the entire design process and drive project completion.

This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. You will be responsible for managing the design funnel to optimize conversion rates and achieving a high volume of project bookings.

  • Design Funnel Management: Develop strategies to improve the efficiency of the design process and increase conversion rates.
  • Project Bookings: Set targets and ensure the achievement of 12-15 projects per month through proactive new project acquisition.
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention.
  • Team Training: Provide guidance and training to designers to enhance their sales skills and enable them to meet their performance targets.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A relevant degree, preferably B-Arch, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development and growth, with a proven track record of success.
  • Managerial experience of at least 1 year leading a team.
