About the Role:

As our Front-End Design & Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a small team of designers and developers. Your key responsibilities will include owning the front-end vision of our digital platforms, managing project timelines, providing mentorship, and ensuring quality standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning the UI/UX experience across web properties

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • 2+ years in a leadership or team management capacity
  • Proven portfolio demonstrating end-to-end project execution
  • Ability to balance high-level leadership with hands-on development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
