The ideal candidate will have strong experience in healthcare data engineering, with a proven track record of cleaning, rationalizing, normalizing, and integrating large healthcare datasets. They will be proficient in data cleaning, normalization, aggregation, and feature extraction, with expertise in healthcare standards and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, HL7, FHIR).

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience integrating data from multiple healthcare systems and vendors, and a strong understanding of cloud-based solutions, APIs, specialized payer platforms, and enterprise integration platforms. The ability to work collaboratively with data scientists, engineers, and AI teams is essential, as is a strong understanding of data governance, HIPAA compliance, and audit documentation.

  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines to support AI and machine learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data preparation workflows.

  • Maintain thorough documentation of data processes, transformations, and metadata.

  • Strong experience in healthcare data engineering, with a focus on claims, EHR, and clinical datasets.
  • Proficiency in data cleaning, normalization, aggregation, and feature extraction.
  • Knowledge of healthcare standards and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, SNOMED, HL7, FHIR).
  • Hands-on experience integrating data from multiple healthcare systems and vendors.
