About Graphic Designer:

Responsibilities:

  • Convert creative briefs into compelling designs for our target audience
  • Plan and manage all stages of the design projects
  • Show a keen sense of Layout & Composition and Typography
  • Hone Basic Vector graphics, Motion Graphics & Illustration skills
  • Demonstrate critical thinking & best articulation of brand value
  • Grasp textual & visual content creation
  • Conduct multiple iterations based on team feedback and Brand Communication
  • Ensure independent prioritization and delivery of high-quality features
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with optimal turnaround time
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images - Brand guidelines
  • Continuously improve existing designs by bringing the best possible output

Requirements:

  • Be highly creative and possess an impressive portfolio of design projects
  • At least 4 years of industry experience on Adobe Suite- proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
  • Team spirit: effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with ability to seamlessly coordinate with external clients
  • Great at managing time with multi-tasking ability
  • Any graduate or non-graduate with relevant field experience
