Senior Technical Leader Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Leader to spearhead the development of cutting-edge power electronic systems for various applications. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in overseeing the design, development, and testing of these systems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement R&D strategies to deliver products meeting customer requirements and industry standards
  • Oversight of design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems
  • Creation of manufacturing roadmaps to support product execution

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in R&D management within the power electronics domain, with a strong understanding of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design. A bachelor's or master's degree in Power Electronics or a related field is required, with a PhD being preferred.
