Job Role:

As a senior retail solutions specialist, you will lead the design and deployment of innovative retail functionality to deliver successful outcomes for clients. You will collaborate on SAP Retail implementation and support projects, leveraging expertise in SAP SD and SAP MM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the implementation of IT solutions aligned with client requirements and standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement within the IT team.
  • Develop and integrate SAP IS retail-related functionalities with legacy systems.
  • Perform data migration from legacy systems to S4 HANA.
  • Ensure designs meet specifications.
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and presenting them for architectural review.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IS retail implementation projects with knowledge of merchandising, assortment, listing, and pricing in IS Retail.
  • 10+ years of SAP SD/MM consulting and implementation experience in an SAP environment.
  • Skills in niche SAP SD modules such as WM or EWM are an advantage.
  • Preferable knowledge of implementation/transformation to S4 HANA.
  • Project Management experience certified in PMP/PRINCE2/APIC.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or information technology.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of SAP SD/MM + IS Retail support, maintenance, and implementation experience.
