Job Overview:

This role plays a pivotal part in overseeing the project closeout process, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate, manage, and coordinate all steps necessary for project closeout, adhering to established procedures and timelines.
  • Maintain and update project data in collaboration with project controls team members to verify information accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee the return of confirmed surplus materials through the RMA process, recording items appropriately in warehouse and system records.
  • Communicate regularly with project-assigned Video Quality Auditor and Project Controls team to facilitate accurate true-up and turnover documentation.
  • Assist scoping team in promoting RFDS for scopes without drone inspections and serve as Single Point of Contact for delivering SAQ CADs to quality team.
  • Review subcontractor material purchase order requests for potential cost recovery and forward to scoping team as needed.
  • Own final turnover package, reviewing deliverables submitted by General Contractor, following up on corrections or rejections, and acting as sole approver for closeout processes in system records.
  • Manage tasks and data fields associated with turnover processes.
  • Occasionally follow up on punch list items and EHS tasks to achieve specific goals.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • At least 2 years of industry experience required.
  • Good understanding of engineering concepts essential.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) necessary.
  • Relevant experience in wireless technology and telecommunications required.
  • Engineering certification in related discipline preferred.
  • Working knowledge of industry standard materials beneficial.
  • Construction management background and telecommunication experience helpful.
Education:

A recognized degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience is required.
