About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • RPA Development & Implementation:

We are seeking a talented individual with hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath. You will conduct process assessments to identify automation opportunities and manage the complete RPA lifecycle from conception to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Technical Leadership:

You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of RPA developers, establishing best practices, coding standards, and guidelines for RPA development. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues during development and post-deployment.

  • Solution Architecture & Design:

As a seasoned professional, you will design scalable and robust RPA solutions that integrate with existing systems and tools, ensuring they meet enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements. You will also optimize and refine existing RPA processes for better performance and reliability.

  • Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business process owners, IT, and quality assurance teams. Furthermore, you will engage with key stakeholders to communicate RPA benefits, capabilities, and progress on automation initiatives.

  • Continuous Improvement:

To stay ahead of the curve, you will stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in RPA, UiPath, and automation technologies. Continuously identifying areas for improvement within automation frameworks and processes, you will ensure that automation solutions are aligned with organizational objectives and technological advancements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on automation and RPA.
  • 5-6+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath RPA development.
  • Proven experience leading RPA projects and managing a team of developers.

Your technical skills should include:

  • UiPath projects using ReFramework & Orchestrator Queue.
  • Expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, Java.
  • Experience with SQL databases, web services (REST), and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, VBA etc.) and workflow automation tools.
  • Experience in creating reusable automation frameworks and libraries & Custom Activity.
  • Understanding of Agile, DevOps, CI-CD WRT to RPA (Azure).

The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
