Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of AI/LLM Engineer. As a key member of our Digital Products Teams in the AI Center of Excellence, you will play a critical role in building prioritized Generative AI solutions that drive functional AI/Gen AI vision.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gen AI development, including Multi-agent architecture, Agent orchestration, RAG, LLM evaluations, and APIs development. Excellent communication skills and professionalism are essential, as you will collaborate cross-functionally with executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing Generative AI based solutions using frameworks such as Langchain, Llamaindex, Langgraph, AutoGen, Crew.ai, and Agent SDK.
  • Fine-tuning large language models (LLMs) to meet specific Generative AI business outcomes.
  • Driving end-to-end design, development & deployment of Gen AI solutions at scale to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology, software engineering or data science/ML.
  • 5+ years of hands-on coding experience in python development.
  • 2+ years of experience in building Generative AI products at scale.
