Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist Lead to join our Security Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring external information sources to determine potential threats to Fanatics, tuning our defenses, and looking for indicators of compromise in our environment. You will also be responsible for mentoring and training other members of the Security Operations team and serving as an escalation point in incident response scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of Information Security and a college degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. One or more of the following certifications is preferred: Security+, SSCP, CISSP, GCIH, ECIH.
You should have excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with executives, engineers, vendors, and peers. You should also have strong analytical skills, including structured problem solving and instinctive thinking. Additionally, you should have hands-on experience working within a formal incident response process and conducting forensic investigations.
