Job Title

A seasoned engineer with a passion for aircraft repair and maintenance is needed to join our team. As an Experienced Product Review Engineer, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving product process issues throughout the lifecycle of various Boeing commercial airplane airframes.


About The Role

This role requires expertise in structural engineering, specifically knowledge of Boeing commercial airplane airframe repair design, to support a fast-paced 24/7 environment solving urgent AOG customer issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop solutions to product process issues for production Non-Conformances and apply broad knowledge of Boeing airplane design principles to solve technical, operational, and quality issues.


Responsibilities
  • Assess and resolve product process issues through the product lifecycle
  • Research and build knowledge of Boeing and engineering design principles to develop solutions to product process issues for production Non-Conformances
  • Apply broad knowledge of Boeing airplane design and or engineering principles to solve Urgent AOG airframe issues and design repair solutions
  • Solve technical, operational, and quality issues that cannot be resolved by the customer

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong foundation in engineering principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead others while working independently and in a team environment. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautical, or Material Science Engineering is required, as well as minimum 10 years of engineering experience.
