Job Title: Textile Manufacturing Supervisor
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to oversee and coordinate production at our partner supplier facilities.
This field role requires frequent travel to supplier sites to ensure timely, high-quality, and compliant deliveries.
- Oversight of textile production processes to guarantee orders are executed as per buyer requirements (quality, quantity, timelines).
- Maintenance of quality control practices and adherence to compliance standards.
- Identification of production bottlenecks and implementation of corrective actions.
- Coordination between buyers and suppliers for alignment on approvals, samples, packaging, and shipping timelines.
- Assurance of ethical, safety, and sustainability standards as applicable.
- Recording of production milestones, QC reports, and shipment status.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring supplier performance, conducting quality checks, identifying production bottlenecks, and coordinating with buyers and suppliers.
Additional RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing processes, finishing, and quality control practices. Additionally, they should be able to maintain accurate records of production milestones, QC reports, and shipment status, and advise internal teams on supplier capabilities, potential risks, and improvement areas.
