About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned architect to lead our team in crafting innovative and practical designs using AutoCAD. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality design concepts, presenting architectural presentations, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.
Main Responsibilities:- Design Development: Develop detailed construction drawings, technical documentation, and photorealistic outputs using 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clients and internal teams to align design vision and execution, staying updated on the latest architectural design trends and AI-driven tools.
- Project Execution: Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating with necessary parties and maintaining open communication channels.
- Proficiency in software: AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Revit.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating design presentations, 3D visualization, and construction drawings.
- Familiarity with AI knowledge & tools: Generative Design & Conceptualization, Rendering & Visualization.
