Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Automation Specialist to fill a key position in our organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a QA engineer role on agile based teams, with a strong focus on software testing and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated tests for complex front-end applications using various testing frameworks and tools.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts to ensure efficient and effective testing of software applications.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues with automated tests and provide solutions to improve test efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve testing processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in QA engineering role on agile based teams.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Refined English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of end-to-end application software testing, especially for complex front-end applications.
  • Ability to address tasks with a holistic approach, understanding business and customer needs.
  • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems and computer skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Healthcare experience specifically in EMR with medical billing.
  • Experience with technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS services, NodeJS, Typescript.
  • Experience in QA automation using automation tools and frameworks (e.g., WebDriver.io, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium).
  • Proven experience in crafting SQL statements for RDBMs to query and manipulate data.
