Job DescriptionThe Vice President of Controls Design and Development will lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies and controls to protect our clients' assets and ensure business continuity.
This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, develop and implement control frameworks, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- At least 16-18 years of experience in the industry, with 8+ years in risk management or audit roles
- Prior experience with Archer control inventory or similar systems a plus
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP a plus
