Bancassurance Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Bancassurance professional to drive sales through our partner bank branches in Surat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase insurance sales through the bancassurance channel.
  • Talent Development
    • Cultivate and motivate bank staff to generate referrals and leads, driving business growth.
  • Performance Enhancement
    • Ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly sales targets by monitoring and reporting branch performance.
  • Customer Experience
    • Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure high persistency of business.
  • Branch Engagement
    • Organize regular branch activities, customer meetings, and promotional events to foster engagement.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience in Insurance or BFSI sector with proven track record
  • Graduate in any discipline with strong academic background
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills with ability to work independently
  • Local candidates from Surat preferred for better understanding of local market dynamics
