Creative Design Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to collaborate with our product team. The ideal candidate will possess strong design fundamentals and a forward-thinking mindset.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to translate business requirements into intuitive, delightful, and functional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Lead user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Ensure designs align with accessibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

3-5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a portfolio demonstrating capabilities.

Proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, dev handoff).

Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS, React concepts preferred).

Strong visual design sensibility with knowledge of typography, color, and grid systems.

Familiarity with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience in no-code/low-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bubble).

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Experience contributing to or managing a design system.

Motion/interaction design skills (After Effects, Lottie, Figma Motion plugins).
