Job Title: Architectural BIM Coordinator

Job Description:

    As a pivotal link between design, documentation, and digital execution, the BIM Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration of design technology and BIM workflows across various project phases.

    Key responsibilities include leading and coordinating BIM efforts across architecture and interior design projects, collaborating with global BIM leaders and project teams to implement firm-wide standards and best practices, modeling and managing complex Revit-based architectural projects, and training, mentoring, and supporting project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows.

  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and global studios to integrate design technology and BIM workflows
  • Implement firm-wide BIM standards and best practices with global BIM leaders and project teams
  • Model and manage complex Revit-based architectural projects across all design phases
  • Train and mentor project teams on BIM execution strategies and workflows
  • Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, and content libraries
  • Conduct quality control checks for Revit models and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Coordinate with consultants and stakeholders for clash detection and model coordination using tools like Navisworks
  • Facilitate inter-studio collaboration through federated models, cloud-based platforms (BIM 360 / ACC - Autodesk Construction Cloud), and collaborative tools
  • Troubleshoot software issues and serve as the technical go-to for Revit, Dynamo, and other design technology tools

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related design discipline
  • 8–12 years of industry experience with minimum 8 years in a BIM-focused role
  • Strong command of Revit and Autodesk tools (Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD)
  • Experience in complex architecture or interiors projects — preferably across healthcare, education, hospitality, or residential typologies
  • Working knowledge of Dynamo, Rhino, Enscape, or other visualization/scripting tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills — ability to liaise with global teams, consultants, and non-BIM stakeholders
  • Proactive, process-driven, and able to balance both strategy and execution
