Job Overview

As a Jewelry Sales Executive at Shikshakji, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy and Execution

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, focusing on building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction with products and services, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

3. Market Insights and Analysis

Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, adapting sales strategies accordingly.

4. Sales Performance and Reporting

Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues proactively, ensuring timely dispatch of orders and accurate billing processes.

5. Customer Retention and Loyalty

Implement strategies to retain existing customers, including loyalty programs, special offers, and personalized services, to drive long-term sales growth.

6. Sales Trip Planning and Execution

Plan and execute sales trips efficiently, maximizing coverage and productivity, and reporting activities to the CRM system as required.

7. Continuous Improvement

Conduct periodic audits of customer accounts to assess satisfaction levels, identify areas for improvement, and address any issues proactively.

8. Sales Enablement and Support

Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely dispatch of orders and accurate billing processes, and provide support to sales teams as needed.

Job Requirements

Full-time position, with a competitive salary of $15,000.00 per month.
